Our Privacy Notice
Your privacy is important to us. We started this business because we wanted to sell good, unique products and to have happy customers. We're a small company made of regular people, and we don't want our info being sold either. The last thing we want is to ruin our relationship with our customers by violating their trust.
On our website, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive newletters. The types of personal information we collect are: names, address, email address, and phone number(s).
On some pages, you can submit information about other people. For example, if you order a gift online and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to submit the recipient's address.
The Way We Use Information:
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. Likewise, we use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery.
We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
You can register with our website if you would like to receive updates on our new products and services. Otherwise, the only emails you will receive from us are those which pertain to your order.
We will not share your information with outside companies for any other reasons than what is described above. We will also never buy or otherwise obtain personal information about our customers.
Our Commitment To Data Security:
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
We do not store your credit card information. Once an order is placed, the credit card number is kept in memory long enough for only for the transaction to occur. Once the transaction is complete, the number is purged.
We use a trusted root SSL certificate when confidential information is submitted. "Trusted root" means that the authority for the encrypting certficate is known by most web browsers (e.g.Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari...) to be a safe and secure source for certificates. You can tell that you are using SSL when you see a little lock icon at the bottom right of your browser window, and the internet address bar starts with "https" instead of just "http".
How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information:
You can access all the information that we collect online and maintain by logging in and clicking on my account in the above menu.
