Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours during weekdays, excluding holidays. Weekend orders will be processed and shipped on Monday. International orders may require an extra day for customs paperwork to be completed.

For international orders, there are several choices for delivery. Most international orders are subject to tariffs/duties to be paid by the customer. The following choices will be presented during checkout for shipping to Canada, United Kingdom and Australia:

Return Policy
We strive to design and provide products that meet your needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your Clark & Mayfield product, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of receiving your product. The product must be in new, unused condition. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. For free or discounted shipping offers, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Products returned for a refund will be credited within 10 business days of the receipt of the item. The refund will be in the form of a credit to the original purchasing credit card.

Warranty
We have a one year warranty from defects in manufacturing and workmanship. If a product is found to be defective, we will replace it at no cost to you, the original purchaser. In the event of a discontinued product that is no longer available, we will offer an exchange for a similarly priced item. This warranty only covers defects in manufacturing and workmanship and does not cover improper care, misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.
For all returns please send an email to returns@clarkandmayfield.com to receive an RMA number and instructions for returning your product. Include in the email your name, order number, and reason for return.
Bag Care
For Nylon Bags:
We recommend using a mild soap and warm water to spot clean our nylon bags.
For Leather Bags:
For our leather bags, we would use a neutral leather cleaner and conditioner.
Do not put any type of bag into the washing machine.
