WHERE'S MY BAG: WHISTLER

Our latest “Where’s My Bag” post features freelance photographer and web designer, Suzi Pratt, with her Irvington Bowler Vintage Leather Laptop Bag in Whistler, Canada.

Why Whistler?

When my boyfriend and I first met in early 2012, we had a full list of adventures to cross off of our bucket list. This year, we finally accomplished a big one: taking up snow sports. We dusted off our snowboard and ski gear, loaded everything into our Subaru Impreza, and departed Seattle for Whistler!

Whistler Blackcomb

Located about an hour north of Vancouver in British Columbia, Whistler Blackcomb is the largest ski area in North America. It was home to the 2010 Winter Olympics and thus has a very nicely built up tourist village full of accommodations, restaurants, shops, and ski lifts all within walking distance.

The Whistler Experience

We booked a modern studio apartment that we found on Airbnb and spent 4 days hitting the slopes. In the evenings, we curled up by the fireplace working on our laptops and reading our Kindles. The Bowler served as a perfect weekend bag, safely transporting my mini office and a few travel essentials to Whistler.
